Returns and Exchange
Dear Customers,
Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we just want to re- assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness. We always strive to be accommodative of your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customer base is proof of!
In all cases of Returns & Exchange, you have to drop us a mail at support@aanki.com, mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing with the item delivered, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Pls note the below points :
The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.
Now COD is available on order above ₹999 only
We’ll do our best to collect the returned product from your registered shipping address within India. However, if we can’t arrange for reverse pickup due to service unavailability in your PIN code, we’ll kindly request you to self-ship the product to the shipping address shared with you via a courier partner of your choice. Please send us the courier receipt once you ship the package so we can take over the process. We’ll reimburse the shipping cost you incurred in the form of store credits (maximum Rs.150). If we do arrange for reverse pickup, we’ll kindly request your cooperation with the courier agent who will collect the package from you.
Please note that the courier parties are third-party entities and may only make a limited number of calls for Reverse Pick Up. To avoid any cancellation or delay, kindly hand over the package at once.
It takes approximately 7-10 working days for the product to reach our warehouse. Therefore, we kindly request your patience during this period.
The product you receive will undergo a quality check. If it passes, the Quality Checking team will issue you store credits worth the product’s value. These credits can be used for a future purchase from the website or exchanged for a product in the desired size.
Please be advised that the Gift Card/Exchange will only be issued upon receipt of the package back at our warehouse. Your patience in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Eligible products can be shipped within seven days of product delivery. Eligibility for returns is clearly stated on the product page prior to placing your order.
Aanki.com (Aankibukis Couture) does not offer refunds, but we will process your return as store credit.
We will add an amount equal to the product value to your ‘Aanki Account’. You can use this credit amount when you make a purchase on our website during your next visit.
Store credit will be issued only after we receive the product and verify the return. Please refer to the section below for complete information on valid returns.
Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Before making a purchase, please read the item descriptions carefully, including the sizes of the products, the handling and care section, and the wash/cleaning instructions. Also, be aware that screens and monitors are calibrated differently, and colors may not be 100% accurate.Our Return & Exchange team shall call up the customer as soon as we receive the parcel and shall facilitate the exchange or Gift Card, as applicable. Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.

Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of West Bengal.
The returns are subject to Aanki.com (Aankibukis Couture) team’s discretion. This isn’t to scare you, as we are pretty accommodating!

ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS:
Aanki.com (Aankibukis Couture) does not accept return or exchange on the products which are Customized, Made to Order or Made to Measure.
Product can be returned if the it is faulty or defective product
Product can be returned if it is a different product
If the product does not fit well (size issues )
We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned
A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
Please note product can be exchanged only once.
Conditions for returning products
The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
Brand packaging should be intact;
Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Aankibukis Couture.
